Hahahahahaha.... Yes.

Their ADSL is in some technical sense very good -  I am with Bulldog, and get
excellent uptime, tiny latency, and maximum bandwidth.

Their customer service is, however, atrocious. If you're with them, and it
Just Works, it's great, and very cheap. If anything goes wrong, it's probably
easier to just cancel your direct debit and move elsewhere rather than try and
fix it.
