For those interested in tracking the fates of hosting
companies, or who might've seen Mailbox recommended
(http://london.pm.org/about/general.html), this may be interesting...

Exec Summary: Mailbox bought by 186K; Fulham data centre deprecated and
support reduced to potentially restart only. Attitude shift away from
"competent friendly geeks" to "hard-line business". Literally only one
person in the data centre, an account manager with no technical aptitude,
nor any apparent desire to be remotely helpful.

If you have a box in there it might be worth a review of your
expectations...
