Why schemas and not code?

CDDB genre data is complete rubbish. Well, so is the rest of the  
data, but the genres especially so.

I like the way that audiobooks have two or three different genres as  
you go through the tracks. It gives such a sense of confidence in the  
rest of the data being correct.
