It doesn't really bother me. I see a requirement for a degree to be a  
warning sign rather than an obstacle I can't surmount. If an employer  
is more interested in ticking boxes than hiring people who can  
actually do the job, there's a fairly good chance I wouldn't be a  
good fit for that organisation.
