Like the server requiring restart every 15 minutes...

This is painful.  

So your experience is that cgi is more stable?

Glad to be of help!  I'm failing to remember the exact problems we
encountered with PerlIS, but I think "resource pools" had something to
do with it.

So it's probably worth keeping an eye out for your programs appearing to
work at first, but causing problems as time goes on or IIS gets 'full'
or whatever ...
